Who We Are

Dog care built on discipline,
patience & respect.

Paws for Veterans was created by a Canadian veteran who understands two things deeply: structured discipline, and the irreplaceable bond between a person and their dog.

After years in service, the transition to civilian life comes with its challenges. Dogs became part of that journey — as companions, as therapy, as anchors. And with that came a realization: the pet care industry doesn’t always meet veterans where they are. High-stress grooming salons, impersonal service, inconsistent handling.

We built something better. Calm, accountable, structured — just like you’d expect from a fellow vet.

  • Private, one-on-one sessions every time

“My rescue shepherd would shake the moment we pulled into any groomer’s parking lot. Three sessions in and he trots up to the door on his own. The patience and skill here is extraordinary.”
